Alte – Malhão Loop (60km)

This hilly route starts and ends in the beautiful village of Alte and it will take you to the Algarve mountains on the most beautiful an quiet roads. You will have to climb “Alto do Malhão”, the most iconic climb in the area where the “Volta ao Algarve” queen stage finishes.  We recomend you to have a good bite to eat at the café on top of “Malhão”. You can always count with Germano bike café in Alte for a coffee before you start the ride or for a recovery meal or a finishing beer after the ride.
