Payment Schedule:

€1435 Twin, €1850 Single (€100 off for all returning customers – €1335 Twin, €1750 Single)

€200 deposit to secure your place – first come first served.

Cancellation
At any time, all payments made are 100% refundable if we can fill your spot with another participant. In the case of twin rooms, this would also have to work with the original roommate.
In the event that a cancellation is made which the club cannot replace with another participant, the following cancellation schedule applies:
Cancellation up to 2 months prior to the trip start date, 100% refund
Cancellation up to 1 month prior to the trip start date, everything paid except from the €200 deposit is refundable
Cancellation up to 1 week prior to the trip start date, 50% refund
Cancellation less than 1 week prior to the trip start date 20% refund
